Los Angeles County has approved $30 million in emergency rent and mortgage relief to help wildfire survivors and immigrant families impacted by recent crises.
Eligible households can receive up to $15,000—covering as much as six months of rent or mortgage payments.
Who May Qualify:
- Residents displaced by the January wildfires
- Immigrant families facing wage loss due to federal immigration actions
- Low-income tenants at risk of eviction
- Small landlords repairing fire-damaged affordable housing units
