Standard credit card information (card number, card type, expiration date) is discarded from our server after the transaction is complete.

If we are scheduling an appointment or exchanging messages via SMS, you will first opt-in to SMS via our intake form and provide your contact information, including your phone number, to reach you at. If you consent to receive SMS from Fore Women, you agree to receive organization news and information, appointment confirmations and updates, and program resources via SMS from us. SMS Terms & Conditions

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?
Though Fore Women will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

How do we use the information?

Occasionally, Fore Women may contact individuals who have provided their individually identifiable information through the website, including our SMS intake form, in order to supply you with organization news and information, appointment confirmation and updates, and program resources. We may share individually identifiable information with service providers (including IT applications) for the purpose of performing a service for you. We do not sell individually identifiable information. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing purposes.

We aggregate unlinked personal information and use it to:

  1. Improve our marketing and promotional efforts,
