Share Your Story

By submitting my story to Fore Women, I confirm that the information and experiences I share are my own and that I am voluntarily choosing to share them with Fore Women.

I understand and agree that Fore Women may edit my submission for length, clarity, grammar, accessibility, or format while making reasonable efforts to preserve the meaning and intent of my story.

I give Fore Women permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and share my submitted story and any approved photographs, video, or other materials I provide for the uses I select below, including **publications, website content, social media, marketing and communications, fundraising and awareness campaigns, presentations, and other materials that support Fore Women’s mission.**

I retain ownership of my personal story and experiences. By submitting my story, I grant Fore Women permission to use my submission for the purposes I have selected, but I do not transfer ownership of my story or personal experiences to Fore Women.

I understand that Fore Women may share my story publicly and that, once published, it may be viewed, copied, or shared by others outside of Fore Women’s control.

If I no longer want Fore Women to share my story, I may contact Fore Women at [communication@allfore.org](mailto:communication@allfore.org) to request that future sharing of my story stop. I understand that Fore Women may not be able to remove my story from materials that have already been published, distributed, or shared by others outside of Fore Women’s control.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that choosing not to submit or share my story will not affect my eligibility for or participation in Fore Women programs or services.
